Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will work closely with our largest and most important customers to identify and resolve reputed company technical issues, automate repetitive processes, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships. You will be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing expert guidance and support to ensure seamless onboarding and optimal utilization of our Redshift services. Key Responsibilities

* Collaborate with Redshift engineering, product, and operations teams to identify and resolve technical issues, automate repetitive processes, and drive business growth through strategic partnerships

• Work directly with our largest and most important customers to understand their technical requirements, provide expert guidance, and ensure seamless onboarding and optimal utilization of our Redshift services
