Job Summary

As an Inbound Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and their customers through inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels. You will work closely with internal partners to resolve reputed company issues, provide accurate information, and ensure seamless customer experiences. Your expertise in healthcare, customer service, and communication will be invaluable in helping us deliver outstanding results.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to inbound calls, emails, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner

• Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide accurate information in accordance with established call flows and work processes
• Utilize proprietary software, dual screens, and multiple applications to maintain professionalism and accuracy
• Live-document reputed company caller interactions in accordance with Quality Assurance Guidelines
• Maintain an average monthly rating as defined for the site
• Adhere to scheduled attendance and maintain minimum Production and Adherence standards
• Work overtime and/or flexible schedules based on business, client, and/or account needs

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma (or GED) required

• 1-year previous customer service experience (Call Center preferred)
• Proficiency in reputed company Office Suite (Word and reputed company) required

Compensation and Benefits

The hourly reputed company for this position is between $16.00-$17.00 per hour, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for blithequark's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of blithequark's applicable plans.
