This role is full-time and offers home working flexibility.

Your future tasks will include

• Relationship Management: Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliate partners by providing exceptional support and timely communication about updates, changes, and opportunities.
• Partner Recruitment: Identify, reputed company, and recruit new affiliate partners to expand our network and drive reputed company growth.
• Campaign Analysis & Optimization: Monitor and analyze campaign performance to ensure profitability and scalability, identifying areas for improvement and testing new approaches.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure affiliate partners adhere to compliance standards, and maintain accurate, up-to-date documentation for reputed company, agreements, and campaign details.
• Brand Representation: reputed company brand awareness by attending industry conferences, forums, and other networking events, both locally and internationally.
• Strategic Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal departments to align on strategic initiatives, ensuring an optimized affiliate funnel and efficient budget allocation.
• Performance Reporting: Provide regular reports on key performance metrics (KPIs), trends, and insights to senior management, recommending strategies for growth and improvement.

You’re going to need this to be successful in this role

• At least 2 years of experience working in an affiliate network or online advertising industry.  
• Familiarity with tracking solutions such as HasOffers, Affise, Cake, or custom in-house systems, including practical experience setting up pixels, postbacks, etc.  
• Experience using BI tools for data analysis and performance reporting.  
• Solid understanding of the online advertising market, including traffic sources, verticals, and monetization models.  
• Fluent English for effective communication with partners and stakeholders.

• Previous work in the home improvement or any reputed company gen industries in the US;
• Experience attending and representing a brand at industry events or conferences.  
• Experience working with at least one major affiliate network.
