We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Administrator to work in our fast-paced recovery environment, ensuring seamless interactions with field agents and customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain account orderliness by assigning field agents to each account and updating designated accounts with new information received from clients.
• Communicate escalated information to clients or supervisors as needed, demonstrating strong phone skills and the ability to provide clear and concise direction.
• Facilitate the successful recovery of assigned collateral by demonstrating basic product and service knowledge and initiating required actions.
• Multi-task and organize tasks reputed company, leveraging experience with G-Suite, MS Office, and reputed company applications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative Administrator at blithequark, you'll need:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of Customer Service and Account Management experience, or equivalent.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely (employer work permit sponsorship is not available for this position).
