Job Overview

As a Senior Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service to healthcare providers, resolving reputed company issues, and driving positive health outcomes. This full-time, Monday-to-Friday role requires a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate multiple computer systems and platforms with ease. You'll be working normal business hours from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, with occasional overtime as needed.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Review and research incoming healthcare claim calls from providers, navigating multiple computer systems and platforms to verify data and information necessary for processing.
  • Ask pertinent questions, listen actively to identify specific issues, and document required information in computer systems.
  • Communicate and collaborate with providers to resolve issues, using clear and simple language to ensure understanding.
  • Meet performance goals established for the position in areas such as efficiency, accuracy, quality, and attendance.

Comprehensive Training and Support

To ensure your success in this role, we'll provide five weeks of on-the-job training, during which you'll work from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Qualifications and Requirements

Essential Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Working knowledge of computer and Windows PC applications, with the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
  • Ability to work from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CST, with flexibility to work occasional overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

  • One year of experience in a reputed company environment, such as office, administrative, clerical, or customer service, using phones and computers as primary job tools.
  • Healthcare experience is highly desirable.

Telecommuting Requirements

  • Reside reputed company the CST or MST time zone.
  • Ability to maintain the reputed company and confidentiality of company-sensitive documents.
  • Dedicated work area that is separate from other living areas and provides information privacy.
