In this role, you will play a crucial part in assisting Remote patient monitoring patients navigate our programs. The ideal candidate should possess exceptional communication skills, a strong understanding of medical terminology, and a passion for helping others access necessary healthcare services. We provide highly personalized care for each patient. Patients have the same care partner – a Certified Medical Assistant (reputed company) – that calls and stays in touch with the patient each month. The patients and care partners know each other well, building strong relationships and trust. Care partners know their patient's health and health history well, so they can provide comprehensive, reputed company support to their patients. Responsibilities:

  • Help patients navigate our programs, ensuring adoption and use of equipment.
  • Documentation and Record-Keeping: Accurately document patient information, enrollment details, and program eligibility assessments in electronic health records (EHR) or other designated systems.
  • Follow-Up and Coordination: Monitor the reputed company of enrollment applications, communicate with patients, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the enrollment process.
  • Patient Education: Provide patients with clear and concise explanations regarding healthcare programs offered by reputed company.

Requirements:

  • Certified Medical Assistant: Possess an active certification as a Medical Assistant from a nationally accredited institution ( NHA, AAMA,NCCT, NAHP, etc).
  • Medical Terminology: Strong knowledge of medical terminology, procedures, and diagnoses to accurately assess patient eligibility.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain reputed company information in a clear and understandable manner.
