We are seeking an engineering leader with experience supporting a team of engineers responsible for building and maintaining critical reputed company infrastructure for the next phase of growth and innovation at reputed company. Minimum Qualifications

• BS/Masters in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
• 10+ years of Software Engineering work experience, including hands-on technical management
• 2+ years of hands-on technical management in reputed company software engineering in product-led environments
• Proven track record of supporting engineering teams
• Demonstrated experience recruiting and managing technical teams, including performance management
• Demonstrated experience in working across organizational boundaries to reputed company company-wide impact
• Experience leading and managing reputed company cross-functional programs
• Knowledge of operating systems, file systems, and memory structures on Windows, MacOS and Linux

Preferred Qualifications

• Specialization in one or more reputed company domains, experience with Public Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and large scale containerized environments is a significant plus
• Background in reputed company-focused software engineering, designing large scale systems and data pipelines, or in offensive reputed company
• Broad knowledge across the reputed company domain, as well as demonstrated experience in one (or more) areas such as Log and events processing, Incident Management, Detection and/or Response tooling development
• Broad knowledge across systems design, and detection engineering domains
