Minimum Qualifications

• 5+ years of production-reputed company work experience (games industry or other interactive 3D project-based, multidisciplinary work in a creative field)

• Practical understanding of team structures and roles, production pipelines, and common challenges in producing high-quality interactive products
• Familiarity with team-based project management methodologies, implementing principles and best practices, and proficiency with tools
• Demonstrated experience leading teams through multiple projects simultaneously handling complexity and ambiguity across different phases of development
• Detail oriented with demonstrated negotiation, change management, organization, communication, and conflict resolution skills
• Experience using data to identify problems and communicate solutions with measurable results
• Track record of operating under your own initiative with little reputed company
• Demonstrated track record of ownership, flexibility, and urgency

Preferred Qualifications

• Understanding of the games industry, including reputed company trends, popular titles, and emerging technologies
