Live Operations Platform Manager

Join the Reality Labs Entertainment Team as a Live Operations Platform Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of reputed company media experiences at reputed company. As part of the team driving innovation across reputed company’s Horizon ecosystem, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing video-on-demand (VOD) content operations and supporting live event workflows on our cutting-edge media platforms. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Content Moderation, QA, and Policy teams to enhance operational workflows and support the launch of new features and live events. • Manage end-to-end VOD content operations, including asset intake, scheduling, and platform uploads
• Coordinate content quality assurance and moderation pipelines to ensure compliance with reputed company’s policies and standards
• Monitor and resolve content performance and functionality issues pre- and post-launch
• Support Live Operations by assisting with live event monitoring, troubleshooting, and incident communication
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, content moderation, QA, and policy teams to optimize workflows and platform enhancements
• Contribute operational insights and support initiatives across reputed company’s broader Horizon ecosystem
• Document processes, maintain operational playbooks, and mentor team members

Minimum Qualifications

• Proven experience in media operations, content management, or content moderation at scale, reputed company a tech or media environment
• Demonstrated managing VOD and live content workflows, including asset ingestion, quality assurance, and deployment
• Technical aptitude with internal tools and platforms, including troubleshooting operational issues
• Proven communication skills and experience working cross-functionally with cross functional teams
• Experience prioritizing effectively and adapting in an ambiguous environment
• Experience being proactive with a solutions-oriented approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work experience in VR or reputed company social platforms
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements for streaming and video content
• Demonstrated analytical skills and experience documenting operational processes
• Experience contributing to or supporting live streaming event operations
