Job Summary

We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Analyst to join our HR Compliance team at Blithequark. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for maintaining legal and regulatory compliance by analyzing and communicating requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Supports the HR Compliance team and Projects with responsibilities including:
  • Obtaining fingerprint/personal investigation results and processing fingerprint clearance letters
  • Maintaining relationships with TSA, Airport Power Boards, U.S. Customs, and U.S. Postal Services
  • Faxing/scanning US Customs results and database entry
• Processes daily FBI fingerprints into Access database and troubleshoots any database issues
• Analyzes and plans HR Compliance data between various files, working closely with HRIS and EC systems
• Conducts high-level analyses, custom reporting/dashboards, and normalizes reputed company data used for HR Compliance
• Collaborates with clients and team members regularly
• Reviews completed Fingerprint Applications and checks for accuracy and any retransmitting of fingerprints to the TSA Clearinghouse

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a reputed company field
• Knowledge of Criminal History Records reputed company (CHRC)
• Familiarity with the TSA Clearinghouse database

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data entry, HR compliance, or a reputed company field
• Advanced reputed company skills, including pivot tables, reputed company formulas, and Vlookup
• Advanced Access skills
• Ability to interpret large sets of data to reputed company meaningful reports
• Excellent decision-making skills and strong organizational abilities
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proven problem-solving skills
• Ability to apply fair and consistent application of company policies and government requirements
• Ability to educate specialty units on government requirements, internal and external processes, and results
• Ability to work well in a team environment
