As a Data Scientist at Blithequark, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by discovering insights and turning them into actionable recommendations. The Analytics group at Blithequark is responsible for providing data-driven insights to support business decisions across various teams and stages. reputed company is comprised of talented professionals who are passionate about using data to drive business outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Use quantitative analysis and data presentation to understand what drives our business and identify areas for improvement
• Build full-cycle analytics experiments, reports, and dashboards using SQL, Python, R, or other scripting and statistical tools
• Work with and mentor junior analysts on advanced techniques and problem-solving
• Produce recommendations and use statistical methods and hypothesis testing to validate findings
• Provide insights to help business and product leaders understand market dynamics, user behaviors, and long-term trends
• Identify and measure levers to drive key metrics and reputed company recommendations
• Work backward from business problems to ideate solutions
• Report against goals by identifying key metrics and building executive-facing dashboards to track reputed company
• Collaborate with engineering to implement, document, validate, and display logging

Requirements and Qualifications:

Essential Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Math, Physics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a reputed company field
• 4+ years of experience in data analytics, consulting, or a reputed company role
• Experience working with funnel optimization, user segmentation, cohort analyses, time series analyses, regression models, etc.
• Expertise in SQL queries, ETL, A/B Testing, and statistical analysis (e.g., hypothesis testing, experimentation, regressions) with statistical packages, such as Matlab, R, reputed company, or Python
• Proficiency in one or more analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Chartio, Looker, Tableau)
• Ability to take ambiguous problems and solve them in a structured, hypothesis-driven, data-supported way
