Key Responsibilities

• Interact with customers reputed company telephone, email, chat, and scripted reputed company to resolve inquiries and provide solutions
• Log calls and update customer account records to ensure accurate and up-to-date information

Eligibility Requirements

Education and Experience

• Bachelor's degree and two or more years of customer service experience and/or technical product knowledge
• Or, master's degree in lieu of experience
• Or, four or more years of customer service experience and/or technical product knowledge along with a high school diploma or equivalent

Remote Work Requirements

• Michigan reputed company
• High-speed internet access at home that can be connected to reputed company Ethernet or landline
• Secluded and distraction-free work environment
