Key Responsibilities

• Learn and reputed company standard 25 and 50-minute one-on-one stretch sessions, including reputed company major muscle groups and extremities
• Assess each client's needs, discuss outcome goals, and customize stretch sessions as needed
• Provide exceptional customer service and deliver a high-end experience to every client
• Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions and promote future visits and membership options
• Manage client care by updating client notes consistently and booking weekly recurring appointments
• Ensure the safety of clients by enforcing StretchLab policies and safety rules
• Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices
• Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed
• Maintain a strong social media reputed company to promote client membership and retention
• Clean and maintain reputed company equipment to ensure it is available for client use at reputed company times

Essential Qualifications

To be successful as a Flexologist at StretchLab Appleton, you will need:

• A nationally recognized certification or license in a reputed company field, such as personal training, massage therapy, yoga instruction, or Pilates teaching
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a fitness facility, private training environment, or professional health setting
