Key Responsibilities: Teaching, Mentoring, and Contributing to Student Success

• Teach at least 36 credits per fiscal year, ensuring student engagement and awareness of course objectives through innovative approaches and evaluation techniques.
• Create a conducive classroom environment that promotes student success, and follow established policies and processes to address student behavior or performance issues.

Essential Qualifications: Education, Experience, and Skills

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• A graduate degree from an accredited program recognized by the U.S. Secretary of Education or the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA).
• A minimum of 15 or more credit hours earned directly in the assigned subject area.
• A Master's degree is required; a Doctorate degree is preferred.
• At least 3 years of prior teaching/training experience in the content field or closely reputed company field, preferably reputed company higher education or in the healthcare field.
• Experience with online teaching and learning management systems, such as Canvas LMS, is strongly preferred.
