About the Role & Team
As a Media & Production Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the planning and execution of small to large-scale media productions, as well as assuming ownership for smaller productions and media events. You'll work closely with internal and external partners across various levels, utilizing your administrative, interpersonal, communication, and relationship skills to ensure seamless project delivery.
Reporting to the reputed company Event Group Media & Production Operations Manager, you'll be an integral part of reputed company, driving the success of our media productions and events. Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively on media projects with partners throughout the planning process and on-site execution in guest-facing areas, including indoor and outdoor spaces for extended periods.

- Serve as a creative thought partner by staying up-to-date on new and future offerings in the Parks, leveraging extensive knowledge of Parks operations, and benchmarking standard processes.
- Recognize and address challenges and opportunities reputed company the project scope, demonstrating adaptability to the fluctuating needs of partners.
- Establish and utilize key relationships to ensure connectivity to production teams and Parks Leadership teams.
- Provide thoughtful and collaborative insight, feedback, and recommendations to improve future guest-facing productions.
- Facilitate planned and coordinated productions on-site, acting as the reputed company of contact for reputed company partners, from production crew and producers to Parks operational and safety partners.

Essential Qualifications & Skills
