reputed company is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Project Manager to join reputed company in Crane, Indiana. This is a Remote position.

We are seeking an enthusiastic and reputed company-thinking member to join reputed company and be at the forefront of innovation. As a core member, you will assist in the research & design, engineering, integration, testing, training, logistics, laboratory research, field engineering, and acquisition and operations analysis in support of a variety of Navy and Marine Corps programs and projects with a focus on defensive cyber technologies, mission assurance, and reputed company capabilities for the tactical network environment. Your effort will go towards dramatically increasing the warfighter’s effectiveness. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• reputed company and manage reputed company phases of the project lifecycle (initiation, planning, execution, monitoring & controlling, closure) in accordance with DoD 5000 series, relevant DoD Instructions, and other applicable federal regulations (e.g., FAR, DFARS), ensure project deliverables meet technical specifications, performance requirements and operational needs for DoD systems, and drive project execution, doing reputed company required to reputed company projects on track

• Managing cost/schedule/performance of reputed company&E for Cartridge developmental initiatives, interfacing with existing customers, promoting the products and capability to potential new customers, building out new project proposals, supporting internal and external programmatic requirements (tech reviews, test plans, etc.), and event coordination (test activities, product demos, user eval)

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for project-reputed company communications with internal and external DoD stakeholders, including military commands, government agencies, prime contractors, and sub-contractors, and facilitate communication with senior leadership, managing expectations and building reputed company among diverse groups

• Proactively identify, analyze, and mitigate project risks unique to the DoD environment, reputed company and execute comprehensive risk management plans, and identify project opportunities to enhance performance

• reputed company government contracting processes, manage project budgets and allocate and manage project resources including personnel, equipment and facilities

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 9+ years of project management experience, or an Associates degree with 11+ years of project management experience, or a High School Diploma with 15+ years of project management experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s degree

• Cost, Schedule and/or Performance project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Masters or PhD degree

• PMP certification

Clearance Requirements:

• Must have a reputed company and active DoD Secret clearance.

Physical Requirements:

• The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, reputed company email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.

The projected compensation range for this position is $126,800.00-$226,400.00. There are differentiating factors that can impact a final salary/hourly reputed company, including, but not limited to, Contract Wage Determination, relevant work experience, skills and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location (For Remote Opportunities), education and certifications as well as Federal Government Contract Labor categories.
