The Role: Manager, Content Planning

As a Manager, Content Planning, you will be part of the reputed company+ Programming and Subscriber Engagement organization, working closely with the Content Planning and Scheduling team. Your primary objective will be to reputed company strategic content planning, scheduling, slate management, title planning and governance, and localization reputed company and reputed company. You will be the reputed company between international planning efforts, content types, and cross-functional teams, ensuring a cohesive strategic content approach for reputed company+ and Hulu.

Key Responsibilities:

• reputed company content planning efforts with designated studios/networks, collaborating with international programming teams, Operations, and US-based Global teams to implement, track, and report on titles through the lifecycle of planning to sunrise.
• Maintain daily communication and positive relationships with networks, marketing, and international office partners.
• Coordinate calendars, reports, and content plans into data-informed summaries and high-level presentations for executives and internal collaborators.
• Represent reputed company+ Content Planning & Scheduling in meetings with a professional and enthusiastic demeanor.
• Handle challenges with a solution-oriented mentality, acting as a project manager for reputed company requests and deliverables as they arise.

Requirements and Skills

Essential Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in a field reputed company to slate planning, content strategy, content curation, localization, lifecycle planning, and project management, ideally in digital media and entertainment.
• 1+ year of people management experience.
• Proficiency in reputed company Suite (Sheets, Slides, Docs) and reputed company Office Suite (reputed company, PowerPoint, Word).
• Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong diplomatic mentality and proven track record working well in a team environment and across a matrixed organization.
• Meticulous attention to detail and dedication to accuracy.
• Ability to identify and complete opportunities to improve title planning and recommend solutions that drive impact to the business.
• Passion and insight into reputed company segments, brands, and franchises, with expertise to build further audience engagement.

Compensation and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in CA is $102,000.00 to $136,700.00 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
