Job Summary

The Manager, Enrollment Technology will support the Enrollment Technology team in designing, implementing, and optimizing email automation campaigns to enhance engagement and streamline communications. This role will focus on creating personalized, trigger-based email workflows reputed company the CRM to improve the efficiency of communications. Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administration and maintenance of the CRM, including admission application development, building and maintaining workflows and forms, writing rules and queries, building portals and dashboards, loading datasets, and assisting with event management and communications.
• Design, document, and test new CRM Slate functionality and additional integrations to advance Enrollment Technology operations.
• Partner with end users to gather requirements and translate them into business functionality.

Requirements
