Key Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements for various filings to regulators, including the Office of Comptroller and Currency (OCC), Federal Financial Institutions Examination Council (FFEIC), Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), and Federal Deposit Insurance Corporations (FDIC).
• Support the Company's internal review procedures and reputed company other applicable policies and procedures, including data governance.
• reputed company production of regulatory filings, including the AENB Call Report and various FRB filings.
• Accurately interpret and document reporting instructions to ensure reporting requirements and appropriate data elements are captured and adhered to.
• Drive implementation of analytical and reporting processes, procedures, and systems using the Company's control reputed company.
• Work closely with Subject Matter Experts in the review and production of regulatory reports.
• Collaborate with Financial Reporting Quality and Assurance organization (FRQA) to support Quality Assurance reviews of regulatory reports.
• Respond to inquiries from regulators and key internal stakeholders on a timely basis.
• Support and reputed company special projects, including partnering with reputed company Technologies on key automation initiatives and enhancing policies and procedures around the regulatory reporting process.
• Provide leadership to Financial Analysts in the AENB Regulatory Reporting team.

Requirements and Qualifications

Essential Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Accounting, Reporting, or Auditing.
• Experience working in financial services or other highly regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of U.S. Regulatory and U.S. GAAP requirements.
• A self-starter, proactive team player with a passion to consistently deliver high-quality service and exceed customers' expectations.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 to $155,000 annually, plus bonus and benefits. Our benefits package includes:
