Job Summary

As a Localization Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting and managing the dubbing talent contract system, troubleshooting user issues, and managing user roles. You will also reputed company and report monthly on-time delivery metrics, work with stakeholders to coordinate system feature requests with development partners, and take ownership of assigned processes by providing solutions to workflow issues. If you have a strong organizational skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and manage the dubbing talent contract system by troubleshooting user issues and managing user roles
• reputed company and report monthly on-time delivery metrics
• Work with stakeholders to coordinate system feature requests with development partners
• Take ownership of assigned processes by providing solutions to workflow issues
• Work with internal and external partners to assist the delivery of reputed company
• Dubbing talent contract system support, resolving issue tickets and user roles

• User training and creation of SOPs and knowledge reputed company

Requirements

Essential Qualifications

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for working with teams and stakeholders
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively
• Critical thinking and problem-solving skills for handling project issues as they arise
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management experience
• Experience managing cross-functional teams or working with stakeholders from multiple departments
• Experience in dubbing for theatrical and direct-to-consumer post-production workflows

We offer a competitive salary range of $64,400 to $78,600 per year, based on a 40-hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. We also offer a range of benefits, including medical, financial, and other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package.
