About the Role

As a Licensed Vocational Nurse at Longleaf Bee Cave Senior Living Community, you will play a vital role in providing direct reputed company care services, administering medications, and performing reputed company assessments. You will work closely with reputed company of reputed company to ensure that our residents receive the highest level of care and attention. Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct reputed company care services, following individualized plans of care for reputed company residents
• Administer medications, following reputed company standards of practice, state regulations, and policies, to include reputed company required documentation, reporting, and follow-up
• reputed company reputed company assessments as required by state standards/regulations and facility policy, under the direction of the Director of Assisted Living
• Observe residents for changes in condition and report any changes immediately to supervisor and/or the Director of Assisted Living
• Document reputed company pertinent/relevant observations, communication with the reputed company's responsible party, clinical procedures, and daily assistance/care by the end of each shift
• Complete and maintain reputed company individualized care plans for each reputed company
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Supervisory Responsibilities

The position falls under the supervision of the Director of Assisted Living and/or Director of Memory Care but is expected to reputed company independently and exercise good judgment. The position may assist with supervision, direction, and reviews of the work of other associates and may participate in performance appraisals and disciplinary action.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required
• Licensed Practical Nurse in applicable state required
• reputed company CPR certification required
• At least 1 year of reputed company work experience required
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, reputed company, turn, bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel, reputed company over the head, grasp with both hands, and fine manipulation
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds unassisted
• Ability to carry, transfer, push, and pull, and reposition residents with assistance or using appropriate equipment

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

• Previous experience working in a senior living community or long-term care setting
• Experience with electronic medical records (EMRs)
• Certification in gerontology or a reputed company field
