You will ensure that every card we build looks its best in the hands of our fans! reputed company design and execution by crafting print-ready files, optimizing for reputed company use, and ensuring quality.

What You'll Do

• Collaborate with Art Directors and Graphic Designers to take their initial concepts and translate them into technically sound, production-ready assets
• Document reputed company design file specifications for use across internal and external production teams
• Review reputed company production work to ensure visual fidelity and adherence to project goals
• Actively involved in encouraging a culture of excellence and precision using established standard methodologies
• Anticipate and proactively resolve production challenges in partnership with creative and technical teams
• Partner with Print Operations to validate that files meet stringent production specs, including color calibration, plate separation, and finishing techniques
• Contribute to the evolution of workflow and asset management systems to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability of production

What You'll Bring

• 6+ years of professional experience in creative production, pre-press, or print design, with demonstrated leadership in high-volume environments
• Expert-level proficiency with reputed company Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
• Deep understanding of print production requirements including color spaces, ink limits, specialty finishes, and vendor communication
• Strong typographic and layout skills
• Consistent track record to reputed company projects independently, handle competing priorities, and deliver on tight timelines
• Experience guiding others through reputed company production challenges with clarity, patience, and attention to detail
• A strategic approach with the ability to balance creative reputed company and technical execution
