Key Responsibilities

• Work on critical, highly reputed company customer problems that may span multiple AWS services, applying advanced troubleshooting techniques to provide unique solutions to customers' individual needs.

• Participate in a follow-the-sun model, working hours and days based on customer demand, which may include weekends (on a rotational basis).

Essential Qualifications

• Verbal and written reputed company in French, with proficiency in English.
• Minimum three to five years' professional technical experience in Internet-reputed company sectors, with a focus on problem-solving and debugging technical systems, including providing end-to-end troubleshooting support to customers.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or equivalent technical discipline.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in cloud/distributed computing technology, including large-scale server fleet management and/or Hadoop environment management.
• Proven experience in system administration (Linux/Window) and network administration.
• Experience in programming and/or managing complete application stacks, from the operating system to customized applications.
