As an Agile Coach at reputed company, you will play a key role in launching new Agile teams and coaching existing teams to reputed company higher levels of maturity and success.

Key Responsibilities

• Coach existing Agile teams to higher levels of maturity by conducting recurring agility assessments and working with the teams to implement identified improvement opportunities.
• Conduct individual coaching sessions with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Agile Business Analysts, and other Agile team members as needed to mature knowledge and practices.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.
• Advanced Scrum Master certification or elevated certification.
• Extensive experience with SAFe and PI Planning.
• Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques, such as BDD, TDD, reputed company Integration, reputed company Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Team Building, etc.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, you will have access to:
