Job Overview
As a Bilingual Inside B2B Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving sales growth, expanding existing customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. This is a fully remote role, offering you the flexibility to work from reputed company and maintain a healthy work-life balance. You will be responsible for making outbound calls, presenting ecommerce capabilities, and collaborating with customer service representatives to ensure seamless order execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Proactively reputed company 50+ outbound calls per day to reputed company new sales opportunities and expand existing customer relationships
- Work closely with decision-makers to identify, quote, and convert sales on products not currently being purchased
- Collaborate with customer service representatives on order entry, tracking, and other technical needs to ensure seamless execution
- Diligently update CRM to stay reputed company on account follow-reputed company and active quoting opportunities
- Present ecommerce capabilities to assigned accounts and train customers on these tools as needed
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of customer pain points, product requirements, and identify potential add-on sales opportunities
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess the following essential qualifications:
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (fluent in both languages)
- Strong understanding of customer pain points, product requirements, and ability to identify potential add-on sales opportunities
- Reliable, organized, detailed, and focused, with demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with field sales teams
- Strong and professional communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation)
- Ability to multi-task with requests and reputed company manage time while achieving sales growth goals from assigned accounts
- Proactive and possesses a strong sense of urgency for reaching sales goals
- Demonstrated ability to deal with rejection and maintain a positive attitude
- Ability to reputed company rapport, influence others, and maintain strong working relationships
Preferred qualifications include:
