Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Patient Service Agent to join our Clinic Patient Access Center in Rogers, Arkansas Region. This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with the potential to transition to a work-from-home role after completing our training program. As a Patient Service Agent, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, scheduling patient appointments, and taking patient messages.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers reputed company phone and other communication channels
• Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment schedules
• Take patient messages and respond to patient inquiries
• Deliver general information to patients regarding appointments, messages, and reputed company services
• Utilize data entry skills to accurately and reputed company document patient information
• Multitask and prioritize tasks to meet productivity standards
• Demonstrate a professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude in reputed company interactions
• Type at least 60 words per minute

Qualifications and Requirements

Minimum Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Telephone Customer Service experience, or Face-to-Face Customer Service experience, or Previous Healthcare experience
• Data Entry skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Ability to take direction and follow instructions
• Professional, courteous, and compassionate attitude
• Type 60 words per minute

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
