About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and register guests in an outstanding friendly, professional, and efficient manner, assigning rooms that satisfy reputed company special requests
• Obtain necessary credit and payment information from guests, providing reputed company cashing and foreign currency conversion services as needed
• Coordinate with other hotel departments to satisfy guest requests, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service
• Provide detailed information about hotel facilities and operating hours, answering guest queries and making recommendations as needed

Essential Qualifications
