Job Summary

As an Intake Representative in our Non-Clinical Call Center, you'll serve as the main reputed company of contact for inbound callers, managing their benefits needs from start to finish. You'll work closely with physicians' offices, diagnostic centers, and our clinical staff to ensure seamless communication and resolution of pre-certification questions or concerns. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary reputed company of contact for inbound callers, processing requests for service, and capturing demographic and medical information to build case files.
