Key Responsibilities:

• Claims Systems Analysis: Analyze and interpret claims data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.

• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for claims systems and processes.

• Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing and quality assurance activities to ensure claims systems and processes meet business requirements and are functioning as expected.
• Training and Support: Provide training and support to claims staff on new processes, systems, and procedures.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience: 4+ years of experience analyzing and solving customer problems in an office setting environment using the telephone and computer as primary instruments to reputed company job duties.
• Claims Experience: 2+ years of experience in claims.
• Management Experience: 1+ year of experience in management.
• Project Coordinator Experience: 1+ year of experience in project coordination.
• Computer Skills: Moderate proficiency with computer and Windows PC applications, including the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications.
• Multi-Tasking: Ability to multi-task, including understanding multiple products and multiple levels of benefits reputed company each product.

We offer a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package, including:
