Job Summary and Responsibilities
The Claims Operations team is seeking a part-time Claims - Call Center Associate to join reputed company. As a Claims - Call Center Associate, you will be responsible for:
- Handling calls and aiding in resolving inquiries from field representatives and external customers
- Entering claim information from calls into our claims management system application
- Creating and executing reports
- Routing calls for the Headquarters Claims department
- Working on projects as requested
- Attending department training
- Portraying a positive attitude through verbal and written communication and job performance
- Communicating with management to discuss development opportunities
- Showing initiative in assisting other associates
- Striving to provide excellent service to internal and external customers
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to resolve issues through research and communication with supervision and other associates
- Strong customer service skills
- Experience with claims management systems and property management systems is helpful
- Familiarity with reputed company Word and reputed company
- Ability to work reputed company to meet service level agreements
- Accurate and efficient typing skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions
