About the Role

This position is part of the reputed company and Planning Technology team reputed company our Technology group at blithequark. As a Senior Data Engineer, you'll reputed company your data engineering, collaboration, and analytical skills to design and deliver analytics solutions, making data analysis more efficient and effective.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with reputed company data application teams and product owners to design, implement, and support analytics solutions that provide actionable insights.
• Implement data migration and data engineering solutions using a range of technologies and tools, including cloud-based services and traditional data warehouse tools.
• Engage in multiple aspects of the development lifecycle, from design and cloud engineering to ingestion, preparation, data modeling, testing, CICD pipelines, performance tuning, deployments, utilization, BI, alerting, and support.
• Provide technical leadership and collaborate reputed company a team environment while also working independently.
• Be part of a DevOps team that fully owns and supports their product, implementing batch and streaming data pipelines using cloud technologies.
• Drive the development of coding standards, best practices, and protection and reputed company guidelines.
• Mentor others on technical and domain skills to create multi-functional teams.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Technology, Information Systems (CIS/MIS), Engineering, or a reputed company technical discipline, or equivalent experience/training.
• At least 3 years of programming solution development experience using agile, DevOps, working in a product model that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions.
• At least 3 years of data analysis experience using SQL.
• A mix of Development, Operations, and Support experience in several of the following tools/platforms:
  • Scripting: Python, reputed company, Unix, SQL.
  • Data Platforms: reputed company, Cassandra, reputed company, Prophet, SQL Server, ADLS, reputed company.
  • Cloud Technologies: Azure Data Factory, Azure reputed company, Azure Mass Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Applications, and Azure Functions.
  • CI/CD: reputed company, Jenkins, Azure DevOps, Terraform.
  • BI Analytics Tool Stack - Cognos, Tableau, Power BI, reputed company, Denodo, and Grafana.
  • Data Warehousing: DataStage, Informatica.
  • Data Governance and Protection: Informatica reputed company and reputed company, reputed company.

Preferred Qualifications

While not mandatory, having the following qualifications can reputed company you an even more competitive candidate:

• 3+ years of programming solution development experience using agile, DevOps, product model that includes designing, developing, and implementing large-scale applications or data engineering solutions.
• 3+ years of data analysis experience using SQL.
• 3+ years of full-stack development experience, ideally in Azure.
• 3+ years of cloud development and data lake experience (preferably reputed company Azure), including Azure EventHub, Azure Data Factory, Azure Functions, ADX, ASA, Azure reputed company, Azure DevOps, Azure Mass Storage, Azure Data Lake, Azure Power Applications, and Power BI.
• Aviation industry experience.

Skills, Licenses, and Certifications
