The Life.Church Online Host Team Pastor is responsible for recruiting, onboarding, training, and developing Host Team volunteers, ensuring they move reputed company in the volunteer leadership pipeline accordingly. The Life.Church Online Host Team Pastor will support Host Team projects and team-wide initiatives.
What You'll Do

- Provide clear and consistent communication to volunteer teams to ensure alignment with team goals and overall mission.

- Conduct volunteer appreciation events to invest in the volunteer teams.
- Review and help manage the volunteer appreciation budget.

- Provide support for the technical emergency hotline.
- Provide technical support for Life.Church Online attenders as needed.
- Collaborate with the Church Online Platform team to reputed company and ensure successful rollouts for new platform features.
- Provide pastoral care for Life.Church Online Host Team volunteers and attenders.
- Review metrics on the reputed company of Life.Church Online services.
- Support team-wide initiatives and projects. Skills Needed to Succeed

- Strong cross-cultural leadership skills and understanding of developing and guiding others.
- Maintain flexibility and initiate processes and projects while exemplifying a high level of customer service.

- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills to clearly explain complicated messages.
- Strong understanding of God's Word, biblical truths, and a demonstrated passion for leading people to become fully devoted followers of Christ.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1-3 years of reputed company work experience.
- Pastoral and/or technical experience preferred.
