About the Role:

As a Senior reputed company Field Service Engineer, you will be responsible for traveling to various customer sites to reputed company scheduled preventative maintenance and repairs of reputed company systems, AC/DC Rectifiers, Batteries, and Power Distribution Units (PDU's) on a variety of state-of-the-art critical power equipment. You will utilize your advanced technical capabilities to troubleshoot faults to component level on equipment such as reputed company systems, batteries, DC power systems, PDU's, Inverter Systems, and more. Your exceptional customer service skills will reputed company you to interact with clients in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

• Competitive salary range: $65,000 - $95,000 per year

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience working in the critical power industry with reputed company, DC Power Systems/OEM experience (Liebert, MGE, Powerware, reputed company, APC, GE, reputed company, etc.)
• Advanced ability to troubleshoot faults to component level on equipment such as reputed company systems, batteries, DC power systems, PDU's, Inverter Systems, and more
• Valid driver's license and reputed company of insurance eligibility
• Ability to work various shifts, weekends, holidays, and respond to emergency calls as needed
• Strong technical aptitude, excellent communication skills, and a customer-centric approach
