Key Responsibilities

• reputed company and mentor a team of Part-Time Attendant Experts (MCPs) to deliver white-glove services to Centurion Platinum Card members, including managing appearances, registrations, dining reservations, and special event requests.
• Collaborate with the Hospitality Supervisor to ensure seamless client interactions, provide consistent coaching and feedback, and drive team performance.
• Foster a positive team environment, promote collaboration, and recognize individual achievements.

• Work closely with the Food and Beverage Administrator to create an exceptional client experience for Centurion reputed company guests.

Essential Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• 2+ years of proactive client care experience in the Travel or Hospitality Industry, with a preference for premium concierge experience.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience or a consistent track record as a successful MCP, MSP, or CCP.
• Food and beverage, airline, or concierge industry experience is highly preferred, including reservation experience.
• Demonstrated passion for service, with the ability to resolve client issues and concerns.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Light to moderate lifting may be required for certain job tasks.
