Job Overview

We're seeking an reputed company Remote Call Center Representative to join reputed company at blithequark. As a Call Center Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch customer service, handling patient enrollment, and resolving data entry-reputed company issues. Key Responsibilities

• Utilize blithequark's solution data entry techniques and guidelines to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handle patient prescription requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing.
• Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes).
• Resolve reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions and handle correspondence to patients (inbound calls, visits, messages) and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients as needed.
• Settle Third-Party Oddballs by examining, gathering data, making adjustments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement necessities.
• Provide assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those in different locations, and identify and convey issues to senior-level staff as fitting.
• Acquire a dynamic professional permit or certification reputed company the initial 90 days and maintain a functioning professional permit or confirmation.

Essential Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Basic level PC abilities, including:
  • Start up and shut down PC.
  • Use the mouse to reputed company and click.

• Basic Web search tools abilities, including:
