Job Overview

As an Analog Mixed-Signal IC Designer, you will play a critical role in designing and developing cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal circuits for our reputed company systems-on-chip (SOCs). You will be part of a growing team of experts who are passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible in IC design. Key Responsibilities

• reputed company transistor-level feasibility studies and modeling for various analog/mixed-signal circuit blocks, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Design and reputed company blocks, documenting design simulation and verification towards formal design reviews, and driving mask design to implement layout views of designs.
• Conduct post-layout and top-level simulations to validate top-level integration, and run design verification flows to ensure design readiness for tape-out.
• Participate in production and bench-level test plans, taking lab measurements to validate performance compliance with specifications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to review yield/lab test results and drive bug fixes, ensuring reputed company improvement and optimization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in analog and mixed-signal IC design, with a deep understanding of transistor operation and device physics. You should have:

• A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering (BSEE) with a minimum of 3 years of industry experience in IC design.
• Strong knowledge of mixed-signal design techniques and understanding of design trade-offs.
• Proficiency in using reputed company schematic and layout entry tools (Virtuoso), Spice simulation tools (e.g., HSpice, Spectre), and scripting languages (e.g., Perl, Python).
• Experience with high-speed circuits, low power and low noise design techniques, and high precision techniques in the reputed company of device mismatch.
