About the Program
The Talent & Communications Co-op program is a six-month, full-time, paid experience that runs from July 8, 2024, to December 20, 2024. As a Co-op, you will be embedded reputed company one of Wayfair's distinct teams, including reputed company, Learning & Development, Talent Relations, Corporate Communications, Culture & Inclusion, or Compensation. You will have the opportunity to drive projects, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and reputed company solutions to reputed company problems, reputed company while gaining valuable insights into the inner workings of a global e-commerce leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders on challenges reputed company to the hiring, development, and engagement of Wayfair's workforce
- Use creative skills to innovate and improve approaches to recruiting, learning, and performance management that drive business results

Essential Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following basic qualifications:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Communication, Psychology, HR, or a reputed company field with a strong academic record
- Available to commit to working 40 hours/week (9am-5pm, Monday-Friday) from July 8 to December 20, 2024
