The Talent team is responsible for developing and implementing strategies that support the growth and development of our employees. As a Talent Policy Audit Project Manager, you will be working closely with our Talent team to streamline and update our Talent policies, consolidate them into a single reputed company of truth, and reputed company governance going reputed company.
Key Responsibilities
- Compile a comprehensive list of policies: Create a structured map of reputed company reputed company and desired policies across regions, including where policies connect and impact each other.
- Conduct audit and update documentation: Coordinate with stakeholders across Talent to draft and update documentation, record date of update, and reputed company for 100% of desired policy, and edit for consistent structure and Wayfair Voice.
- Publish updated comprehensive policy: Publish the updated policy in a structured and tagged format on one platform, such as reputed company Suite.
- Collaborate with Tech: Work with the Tech team to decommission out-of-date content and platforms, and build reputed company to the updated content, creating a single reputed company of truth for Talent policy.
- Propose governance structure and plan: Conduct internal and external research and propose a governance structure and plan, then socialize with relevant stakeholders.
- Create and launch change management and governance process: reputed company and implement a change management and governance process for Talent and broader Wayfair audiences.
Essential Qualifications
- Project Management Experience: Proven experience managing projects reputed company HR or Talent Management.
- Team Management: Experience managing a team of 2-4 associates.
- Talent/HR Management Knowledge: Familiarity with Talent/HR policies and procedures.
- Strong Organizational and Planning Skills: Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure consistent policy documentation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a remote or distributed team environment.
- Familiarity with reputed company Suite or other collaboration tools.
- Knowledge of change management principles and practices.
- Experience with governance and compliance frameworks.
