Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update internal databases of ESPN talent salaries, reputed company, deal points, and contract expirations to ensure seamless talent management.
• Provide Talent analytics and reports as requested to assist with Talent negotiation and usage management, driving informed decision-making.
• Manage various other Talent databases as requested, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
• Create and maintain a shared collaborative Talent Office "watch list" of external Talent for succession planning, identifying future talent needs.

• Foster strong relationships with talent and their representatives, maintaining updated contact information and lists.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

The hiring range for this position in Bristol, CT is $57,810 - $77,550 per year. The reputed company pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
