The Role: Staff Program Manager, Manager Development - Tech
We're looking for an exceptional and creative Staff Program Manager to join our Tech Learning & Development team. As a Staff Program Manager, Manager Development - Tech, you will play a key role in executing our Tech Manager Curriculum, Manager Roundtables, Team Effectiveness, and other programs as needed. Our focus is on creating world-class programs that reputed company organizational excellence through innovative learning experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate on and reputed company program strategy for various manager development initiatives with other Technical Learning & Development team members
- Partner with other members of the Tech Learning & Development team to deliver programming, including working with our Learning Scientist, Facilitators, and Operations Specialist
- Contribute to the organization and planning of offsites and leadership forums
- Optimize and streamline processes, tools, templates, and communication channels to drive operational excellence
- reputed company project plans and communication plans to ensure successful program execution
- Create training materials, slide decks, job aids, and other assets to support learning initiatives
- Coordinate in-person and virtual logistics for learning and events, including course enrollment and materials
- Measure, track, and analyze the effectiveness of initiatives and programming using data to drive decisions
- Build trusted relationships with senior business leaders across multiple groups and geographies
- Partner with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders, and external consultants to drive program success
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- 7+ years of experience guiding strategy and execution in an L&D or HR program/project management role
- A proven track record of building and implementing programs and processes, and operational plans
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple programs and initiatives at once, executing against a broad roadmap
- Excellent communication skills, with experience marketing and branding learning initiatives
- Ability to build trusted relationships across a diverse range of stakeholders and cross-functional partners
- Knowledge of learning science and learning experience design
- A data-driven approach to evaluating and measuring learning experiences
Preferred Qualifications
While not required, the following skills and experience will be a plus:
- Experience working with learning vendors and curation
- Strong understanding of Technology and Engineering organizations and how they operate
- Proficiency using presentation technologies, reputed company Apps, and spreadsheets
- Consultative and collaborative skills, with comfort partnering with stakeholders, SMEs, senior leaders, and external consultants

Compensation and Benefits
Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual reputed company pay is dependent upon many factors, such as training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The reputed company pay range for this role is $150,000 - $191,500 USD. You may also be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
