Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of post-graduate clinical experience as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner.
• Advanced Practice Registered Nurse with either a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP).
• Active Prescriptive authority and DEA and/or CDS number.
