About the Role

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or equivalent formal training or work experience.
• A minimum of 5 years of work experience in an information technology or engineering environment.
• Strong understanding of business capability management strategies and solutions, with hands-on experience architecting, designing, implementing, and delivering solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, with proven executive presentation skills.
• Demonstrated collaboration skills and ability to work in a dynamic team environment, interacting with resources from technical and business organizations.

Preferred Qualifications

To stand out in this role, you'll ideally have:

• Experience in Java/C#/.NET, Webservices, API management with API-First philosophy, Microservices, and Cloud Native Development.
• Experience in Cloud environments and platforms like Pivotal Cloud reputed company, Azure, reputed company Cloud, etc.
• Experience working with business and IT architects in requirements analysis and modeling tools (e.g., IRIS Business Architect, SPARX, ER Studio, or other modeling tools).
