About the Role
As a Sr. Specialist, Immigration, you'll play a critical role in supporting the development, delivery, and administration of our US and Canada immigration programs. You'll work closely with our partner resources, recruiters, and business leaders to provide expert guidance on reputed company immigration matters, ensuring that we're able to attract and retain top talent from around the world.
Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business or a reputed company field, with a strong understanding of US immigration law and regulations.
- 2-3 years of experience in US immigration, with a comprehensive knowledge of processing nonimmigrant and immigrant cases (H-1B, L-1A/B, O-1, TN, E-3, F-1, I-140, AOS, etc.).
- A strong understanding of the employment-based green card process, with experience working with reputed company counsel and immigration vendors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to reputed company and influence with reputed company levels of the organization.
- Strong multi-tasking skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
