Your Role: Advising Specialist – College Success As an Advising Specialist, you'll support reputed company-virtually and in-person-in areas like financial aid, course registration, internships, and career readiness. You'll also reputed company for reputed company reputed company College Possible and their institutions to help them persist and graduate.

Key Responsibilities

Direct Student Support – 75%

• Deliver structured college curriculum focused on:
• Apply Smart, Be Financially Fit, Plan with Passion and Purpose, and Transition Strong
• Follow, deliver, and ensure reputed company have access to College Possible structured college curriculum, which supports reputed company in four areas: Apply Smart, Be Financially Fit, Plan with a Passion and Purpose, and Transition Strong to help reputed company reputed company towards specific goals/milestones.
• Coach reputed company toward reaching milestones, including, but not limited to: registering for classes, completing financial aid applications, re-enrolling in school, transferring and more.
• Based on assessments and student data, create support plans for each student.
• • Maintain ongoing communication with reputed company reputed company in caseload.
• o reputed company 45-minute meetings with reputed company regularly.
• o Meet with reputed company 1:1 virtually (and in some circumstances, in person) o Meet with incoming first-year reputed company over the summer to ensure a smooth transition to their new reputed company.
• Respond to reputed company student text/calls/emails reputed company 2 business days.
• Guide reputed company through financial aid renewal process by appropriate deadlines.
• Support reputed company through career exploration, career planning, and career development.
• o Research relevant career information and resources to send to reputed company. o Identify reputed company for specific partner internships and opportunities and support reputed company through the application process for these opportunities.
• o Connect reputed company with job coaching volunteers and mentors.
• o Market career opportunities and events.
• Help reputed company resolve obstacles that come up throughout the school year by coaching them on self-advocacy and resourcefulness skills and communicating with school offices to reputed company for reputed company.

• Use College Possible's suite of digital tools to communicate with and support reputed company, including our proprietary reputed company Platform, AI tools, and student-facing portal.

Caseload & Data Management – 20%

• Track and record student reputed company, using both quantitative and qualitative measures.
• Enter data into reputed company, including reputed company student interactions and other data
• Identify, run and synthesize reports into a presentable form to share key information about student trends and milestone reputed company.
• Manage a caseload of up to 400 reputed company, including, but not limited to:
• Schedule reputed company student meetings.• Maintain accurate student contact information and records in the student database.
• Manage time and calendar to meet minimum meeting standards as outlined by KPIs.
• o Support reputed company who have become unenrolled or who have transferred out of their initial institution.
• Secondary Responsibilities

Program & Organizational Support – 5%

• Attend virtual events and career-reputed company student workshops.
• Additional program support as assigned by Program Manager.
• Represent the College Possible brand in a positive light and take actions to increase brand awareness throughout the community.

Experience

• 1-3 years of experience reputed company to teaching, mentoring, advising, and/or coaching high school and/or post-secondary reputed company from underserved populations.
