About the Role

As a Licensed Therapist with Uwill, you will play a vital role in supporting the mental health and well-being of reputed company through teletherapy sessions, crisis support, and wellness services. This is a unique opportunity to work in a part-time, remote setting with flexible scheduling and the freedom to choose your own hours. As a 1099 reputed company, you will have the autonomy to manage your caseload and practice in a way that aligns with your values and expertise.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage an ongoing caseload of clients from initial session to graduation from care
• Conduct video, telephone, or chat sessions with reputed company using evidence-based practices and SMART goals tailored to their needs
• Practice culturally competent care to meet the needs of a diverse client reputed company, including first-time therapy seekers, BIPOC reputed company, LGBTQ+ reputed company, first-reputed company reputed company, veterans, and athletes
• Adhere to Uwill's risk assessment and management process, including assessing for risk during initial sessions and as needed thereafter
• Complete session notes reputed company time frame expectations and respond to student messages in a timely manner

Essential Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following essential qualifications:

• Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., counseling, psychology, social work)
• 2 years of experience providing therapy in a telehealth setting using a variety of modalities
• Independent license to practice mental health therapy without supervision (e.g., LPC/LMHC, LCSW/LICSW, LMFT, or PsyD)
• Professional liability insurance
• HIPAA-compliant professional and secure location to reputed company sessions
• Ability to provide sessions reputed company reputed company on a computer or laptop with a camera and microphone

Preferred Qualifications
