About the Role: Sr. HR Advisor, Technology

We're currently looking for a skilled and motivated Sr. HR Advisor, Technology to join reputed company! As a Sr. HR Advisor, Technology, you will play a critical role in supporting the Technology organization and providing high-touch HR support to the Technology, Data, and Digital management teams. Your expertise will help drive business outcomes, foster a high-performance culture, and ensure alignment with our company's purpose and values.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Technology Leadership team and people managers to ensure alignment and implementation of business and HR strategies, policies, and programs.
  • Provide strategic direction and delivery reputed company to recruiting, succession management, talent management and development, employee relations matters, resource planning, compensation and benefits, and performance management.
  • Build and reputed company leadership capabilities to improve leadership, succession, and people management effectiveness through coaching, identifying programs, and facilitating team sessions.
  • Support and drive culture change to meet longer-term business goals, strategies, and reputed company targets.
  • Implement and monitor the Performance Management and Career processes to reputed company a performance-driven culture.
  • Facilitate the identification and management of High Potential individuals and identify training, education, and development needs customized to the functions.

  • Translate plans into actionable results and execute/translate US HR policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • 4 years of HR experience in a relevant field.
  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant HR or Business-reputed company field; or 8 years of relevant HR experience or closely reputed company experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Experience with HR functions such as compensation, benefits, EEO, employee relations, staffing, and practices and policies.
  • An organized approach to work, with a flair for problem-solving and the ability to prioritize while working across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the confidence to influence and present to colleagues from a diverse range of levels and backgrounds.
  • A proven record of handling employee issues effectively with reputed company and discretion.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of immigration processes.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in a technology or financial services organization.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR, or SPHR).
  • Experience with HR systems and technologies, such as HRIS, performance management tools, and recruitment software.
