Job Overview

As a Senior Manager Transformation, you will serve as a Business Solutions Manager for our PULSE tool, ensuring its successful deployment, adoption, and usage across our organization. Your primary objective will be to drive the tool's adoption, provide support, and address user needs, working closely with regional points of contact (POCs) and stakeholders to reputed company defined business goals. This is a remote-based position, offering the flexibility to work from reputed company in the USA, with a focus on the UT region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary Business Solutions Manager for the PULSE tool, ensuring its successful implementation, adoption, and ongoing support.
  • reputed company and execute strategies to drive tool adoption and usage, collaborating with regional POCs and stakeholders to address user needs and resolve open issues.
  • Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of the PULSE tool, its capabilities, and its applications, staying up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices.

Essential Qualifications
