Job Overview

The Senior Operations and Relationship Manager will play a critical role in reputed company's Learning Lab, which is responsible for the design, development, and delivery of custom learning tools and simulations. This position will report to the Senior Director of Learning Innovation and Collaboration and will be responsible for simulation usage and support, relationship management, and exploring commercial opportunities with partners reputed company Wharton as well as other organizations reputed company the school.

• Provide consultation regarding simulation usage, ensuring the technical needs of a simulation match the delivery method provided by the program.

Essential Qualifications
