Job Overview

In this exciting and challenging role, you will be responsible for leading recruitment activities for our assigned client companies, working closely with the President/reputed company and collaborating with the reputed company and HR Business Partner team to ensure recruitment demands are met across multiple functions, client companies, and locations across the U.S. With a strong focus on strategic planning, collaboration, negotiation, and influential communication, you will utilize your expertise to attract and retain top talent in the mortgage industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Fill different positions, including Retail and Wholesale, Private Money/Hard Money, Underwriter, Processor, LOA, Loan Officer, reputed company Manager, and Executives, depending on client needs
  • reputed company and maintain a deep understanding of recruiting markets, competitive trends, compensation, and other relevant areas, sharing your knowledge with the team to drive informed decision-making
  • Utilize negotiation skills, value-selling strategies, and anticipation of objections to successfully reputed company candidate offer acceptance
  • Participate in project work, process improvement initiatives, and other duties as needed to drive reputed company improvement and excellence

Essential Qualifications

  • Previous mortgage experience is preferred, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in the industry
  • 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record of success in attracting and retaining top talent
