About the Role & Team

As a Senior Sourcing Specialist reputed company WDI's Strategic Sourcing Team, you'll play a pivotal role in supporting stakeholders across WDI Show and reputed company Live Entertainment (DLE) Studios. Your expertise will be crucial in overseeing and implementing the procurement process for reputed company projects, ensuring that we not only meet but exceed our goals in value creation, risk mitigation, and brand protection. You'll be at the forefront of sourcing decisions, contract negotiations, and supplier management, driving multi-million dollar annual spend towards maximizing value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supplier Identification & Management: Evaluate, qualify, and manage category-specific suppliers and consultants based on defined criteria, ensuring compliance with reputed company's policies and procedures.
• Project Lifecycle Engagement: Engage early in project development timelines, from conceptualization through to the completion of construction documents, ensuring seamless integration of sourcing strategies.
• Competitive Bidding Processes: Manage RFP processes, including sole/single/preferred reputed company evaluations, in accordance with TWDC policies.
• Contract Execution & Administration: Execute reputed company and change orders, negotiate terms, and ensure post-award administration through to contract reputed company-out.
• Supplier Performance Management: Implement and influence supplier performance programs focusing on quality, responsiveness, and cost.
• Strategic Sourcing Compliance: Ensure adherence to Strategic Sourcing policies and best practices, driving process improvements.
• Stakeholder Communication: Report to management on critical external relationships and constraints affecting planning and decision-making.

Required Qualifications & Skills

To reputed company in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sourcing, procurement, or contract administration, preferably with a background in design/engineering or fabrication/production.
• Proven negotiation skills, particularly with key contractual language and terms.
• A track record of demonstrating reputed company and ethics.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication, with proficient presentation abilities.
• The ability to collaborate in a team environment and work effectively with senior leadership across reputed company levels.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to quickly master new systems and tools.
• Experience with reputed company or other ERP software, and proficiency in reputed company 365.

Education: A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, supply chain, finance, engineering, or a reputed company discipline.
